Here are the steps to install your Forzatracker for Linux devices:
Command Prompt Installation
1. Download the package that contains the Forzatracker for Linux here.
2. Copy Forza install file to local disk. Take “/root” as an example, run “ls” command.
UPS Interactive: SL series, FX series.
UPS Online: Ellipse EL series, Atlas FDC Series.
Here are the steps to install your Forzatracker for Linux devices:
Command Prompt Installation
1. Download the package that contains the Forzatracker for Linux here.
2. Copy Forza install file to local disk. Take “/root” as an example, run “ls” command.
3. Find the install file “installForza_Linux_i386.bin” and give permissions using the below command:
“chmod 777 installForza_Linux_i386.bin” and hit <ENTER> .
4. Run installation file “./ installForza_Linux_i386.bin”.
5. Select language.
6. Then you will see the Introduction to install your software.
7. Enter an absolute path or press <ENTER> to accept the default path. Confirm if the given path is correct.
8. Select an option to create the link.
9. Now it will display the software summary before installation.
10. Now the installation is completed.
CentOS Version
1. Download the package that contains the Forzatracker for Linux here.
2. Open the “Terminal”, and find the installation file.
3. Locate and run the installer file.
Note: If the Linux OS version is Redhat, you can not have spaces at the end of the string. If so, please remove them and hit enter.
4. Choose language and click “OK”
5. Enter the installation password, and then click “Next” to proceed to the next screen.
6. Click “Next” to proceed to the next screen.
7. Click “Choose” button to change the default folder. After choosing the installation folder, click “Next” button.
8. Choose the directory to install shortcuts then click “Next” button.
9. You will see the software summary before installation. Click “Install” button to start the installation.
10. Click “Done” button to confirm installation has completed.
Note: Please uninstall the previous version before installing the new version software. If previous version is already installed, UPS Mon will detect it during installation and will remind users to uninstall old version first.
